One of the things that people often want to have is whiter teeth. The truth is that a lot of people’s teeth are not as white as they want them to be. Also, it is not that they don’t brush their teeth. Many people brush and floss at least once a day. It is just that the toothpaste they use is not enough to whiten their teeth from the stains they accumulate from what they consume. There are a lot of common things that are consumed which stain your teeth over time. For instance, coffee stains your teeth over time.

Fortunately, there are a lot of methods you can use to whiten your teeth. They go beyond just using whitening toothpaste. One important thing to know about whitening toothpaste is that they may not be as effective as you might believe. There are some other methods that are effective bringing out a greater smile with whiter teeth. Some of them take a bit of time to bring forth noticeable results while others might have some noticeable results right at the beginning. The best thing is that they do not require putting tons of chemicals in your teeth for greater brightness.

One of the methods that are actually cost effective and simple is using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. One thing that you can do is take some hydrogen peroxide and dilute it. Then you can rinse your mouth out with it for a few seconds and then spit it out. People who have tried it have noticed some results right away. Hydrogen peroxide can also be used together. All you have to do is take some baking soda and add a few drops of hydrogen peroxide to it in order to make a paste that you can use in place of toothpaste. However, the abrasiveness of this method makes it a bad idea to make it a regular method.

People are also discovering that it is a great solution for whitening. For one thing, the granules will attract all of the bacteria before staining the teeth. All you have to do is add water to charcoal until and then apply it to the teeth. Then let it sit for two minutes. Afterwards rinse until all of the charcoal is gone.
